Description
The mi-DNA/RNA precipitator is a fast and easy to use neutral polyacrylamide polymer solution specially synthesized to act as a very efficient carrier for precipitation of a very small quantity of nucleic acids with ethanol. It provides a high quantitatively recovery from the solution of which concentration is more than 20ng/ml of DNA (>100bps) or RNA (>120bs).
mi-DNA/RNA precipitator is time saving because an incubation at –20° or –80° is not required. Immediate centrifugation after the addition of ethanol is possible.
The mi-DNA/RNA Precipitator is enzymaticaly neutral and does not inhibit any enzyme reactions. The precipitate obtained using mi-DNA/RNA precipitator is readily solution in a buffer appropriate for following experiments. When ethanol is added, the mi-DNA/RNA Precipitator forms a clearly visible pellet by itself after the centrifugation.
Principle
