We are excited to introduce our updated DNA portfolio, designed to support research, clinical laboratories and diagnostic providers with an expanded range of modifications and increased flexibility.
We’re expanding our portfolio with two new product categories:
- DNA Longmers: a new category of longer DNA oligonucleotides, available with a defined set of standard modifications, enabling more complex designs and a broader range of applications
- Standard Therapeutic Modifications: a curated selection of commonly used modifications for therapeutic oligonucleotides
In addition, we are bringing new capabilities to your workflows with a set of new modifications:
- MEX: a high-performance and licence-free alternative to HEX, offering improved stability and signal quality, enabling more demanding applications such as multiplex qPCR assays
- Atto 700: a fluorescent modification in the far-red spectrum for applications such as qPCR, enabling multiplexing while minimizing spectral overlap, and suitable for fluorescence microscopy applications
- 2′-MOE: a widely used modification in therapeutic oligonucleotides, supporting enhanced stability and improved pharmacokinetic properties
We are also reintroducing two popular modifications:
- BHQ-3®: a non-fluorescent quencher suitable for qPCR applications, effectively quenching fluorophores in the far-red region of the spectrum
- IRDye® 700: a near-infrared dye that enables sensitive detection in assays while maintaining low background signal, due to its favourable photophysical and chemical properties
