Darum geht es konkret:
Einsatz im Bereich der Synthese und/oder im Downstream-Prozess der Nukleinsäureherstellung nach einem umfassenden Qualifizierungsprogramm.
- Synthese: Sie werden Expertise in der Bedienung und Überwachung verschiedener Synthesegeräte erlangen. Ihre Verantwortung umfasst die Auswahl der optimalen Synthesestrategien für die Herstellung hoch effizienter Primer für PCR-Anwendungen sowie hochkomplexer Moleküle für innovative Forschungs- und diagnostische Umgebungen.
- Downstream-Prozess: Ihre Tätigkeiten beinhalten die Aufreinigung mittels Chromatographie-Anlagen sowie die Quantifizierung und Abfüllung der Moleküle durch unterschiedliche Pipettier-Technologien. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf der termingerechten Koordination der Prozesse sowie der frühzeitigen Erkennung von nicht optimal laufenden Produktionsabläufen, um deren Effizienz zu maximieren.
- Arbeiten im regulierten Bereich gemäß der Normen DIN ISO-9001 / 13485 (Medizinprodukte) und den Anforderungen der Guten Herstellungspraxis (GMP)

Product Marketing Manager (all genders)
We are currently searching for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at our headquarters, Semmelweisstrasse 3, 82152 Planegg, Germany.
Product Marketing Manager´s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Understand metabion´s products and develop profound product and market knowledge.
Translate technical details and market/competitive information into benefits for the user and define USPs.
Follow and analyze market trends to position products.
Work closely with all internal and external stakeholders and synthesize their input on features and priorities in order to determine efficient product marketing and pricing strategies for existing and new products.
Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
Oversee the creation of sales and marketing tools, continuously monitor and analyze their suitability and efficiency.
Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.
Create and deliver training for metabion´s sales force on how to sell the product, how to use implemented marketing tools including campaigns for developing sales to existing customers and attracting new prospects and customers.
