Product Marketing Manager (all genders)

We are currently searching for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at our headquarters, Semmelweisstrasse 3, 82152 Planegg, Germany. 

Product Marketing Manager´s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Understand metabion´s products and develop profound product and market knowledge. 

Translate technical details and market/competitive information into benefits for the user and define USPs. 

Follow and analyze market trends to position products.

Work closely with all internal and external stakeholders and synthesize their input on features and priorities in order to determine efficient product marketing and pricing strategies for existing and new products. 

Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

Oversee the creation of sales and marketing tools, continuously monitor and analyze their suitability and efficiency.

Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.

Create and deliver training for metabion´s sales force on how to sell the product, how to use implemented marketing tools including campaigns for developing sales to existing customers and attracting new prospects and customers.

Position requirements

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field.
  • University degree (BSc, MSc) in Life Sciences.
  • At least two years of marketing experience in a scientific environment (preferably life sciences).
  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.

System- und Netzwerkadministrator (all genders)

-Planung, Installation und Administration hochverfügbarer, virtualisierter Serverumgebungen und ON-Premise-Lösungen auf Basis von VMware und Microsoft Windows.

-Installation und Administration der Client Infrastruktur im Office und Produktionsbereich

-Verantwortung für die Sicherheit und Verfügbarkeit der IT-Infrastruktur

-Analyse, Überwachung, Instandhaltung, Absicherung und Monitoring der bestehenden Netzwerkinfrastruktur (LAN, WAN, Switche, Firewall, VPN, Monitoring)

-Troubleshooting (1st-+2nd-Level) und Betreuung der internen Anwender per Remote, Telefon und vor Ort

-Zukunftsorientierte Planung für unsere Systeme und Integration innovativer Technologien in die bestehenden Systeme sowie Optimierung von Tools, Techniken und Prozessen

-Verwaltung des Backup and Recovery Systems

-Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Softwareentwicklungsteam / Release- und Patchmanagement

-Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft: IT-Projekte, Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern und externen Fachbereichen

-Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen und Arbeiten im Ticketsystem (Jira)
