Atto 430LS

Atto 430LS dye is a fluorescent label with a large Stokes shift of 109 nm, making its emission spectrum almost separate from its absorption spectrum. It is very hydrophilic, highly water-soluble, and has a high fluorescence quantum yield that is minimally affected by conjugation to biomolecules even at high labeling degrees. As an anionic dye, it has a net charge of -1 after conjugation, it is most efficiently excited between 400 - 460 nm, and it is usually coupled to DNA and RNA oligonucleotides.
