What do I resuspend my antisense/PTO in and what concentration should I aim to?

Purified sterile water, TE or any biological buffers (i.e. with physiological pH) are acceptable as diluents. The recommended diluent volume is 100 µl - 1 ml, the concentration depending on the application to be used and the yield of the resulting product. For application in cells, we do recommend to use sterile water/buffer. The use of a sterile diluent will also increase the stability of your antisense/PTO.
