Digoxigenin

Digoxigenin-labelled probes (Figure 1) are commonly used in in situ hybridization, Northern and Southern blot. Following hybridization to their targets, Dig-labelled probes can be detected using anti-Dig antibodies labelled with dyes or enzymes.
